Everyone attending the Summit must register (including sponsors and presenters).

For presenters: Maximum of 2 complimentary registrations included per 1 hour presentation; 1 complimentary registration per 30 minute presentation. Please note that complimentary registrations are only valid for those individuals presenting and listed on the Schedule.
For sponsors: maximum of 5 complimentary registrations included for Platinum Sponsors; maximum of 3 complimentary registrations included for Gold Sponsors; maximum of 2 complimentary registrations included for Silver Sponsors; maximum of 1 complimentary registration included for Bronze Sponsors and Supporters.
The 14th annual Tennessee Bike Walk Summit will be held on November 13 and 14 in Chattanooga, Tennessee. On Thursday, November 13, there will be a bike ride around Chattanooga and a networking social. The Summit will take place at the Chattanooga Public Library - Downtown Branch on Friday, November 14.
2025 Tennessee Bike Walk Summit Refund Policy
Summit registration may be canceled with a full refund of the ticket price* (less a $25 processing fee) provided written notification is received prior to October 15, 2025.
A 50% refund of the ticket price* is available for canceled Summit registration provided written notification is received between October 16, 2025 and October 29, 2025.
No refunds will be granted on or after October 30, 2025. (In the case of an emergency/extenuating circumstances, special requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis by the Bike Walk Tennessee Board.)
*JotForm or other payment platform fees will not be refunded.
