Everyone attending the Summit must register (including sponsors and presenters).

For presenters: Maximum of 2 complimentary registrations included per 1 hour presentation; 1 complimentary registration per 30 minute presentation. Please note that complimentary registrations are only valid for those individuals presenting and listed on the Schedule.
For sponsors: maximum of 5 complimentary registrations included for Platinum Sponsors; maximum of 3 complimentary registrations included for Gold Sponsors; maximum of 2 complimentary registrations included for Silver Sponsors; maximum of 1 complimentary registration included for Bronze Sponsors and Supporters.
The 15th annual Tennessee Bike Walk Summit will be held on November 19 and 20 in Franklin, Tennessee. On Thursday, November 19, there will be a bike ride around Franklin and a networking social. The Summit will take place on Friday, November 20.
2026 Tennessee Bike Walk Summit Refund Policy
Summit registration may be canceled with a full refund of the ticket price* (less a $25 processing fee) provided written notification is received prior to October 21, 2026.
A 50% refund of the ticket price* is available for canceled Summit registration provided written notification is received between October 22, 2026 and November 5, 2026.
No refunds will be granted on or after November 6, 2026. (In the case of an emergency/extenuating circumstances, special requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis by the Bike Walk Tennessee Board.)
*JotForm or other payment platform fees will not be refunded.
